Career Opportunity

Cariloop is currently seeking a motivated and collaborative Product Marketing Manager. In this position, you'll play a critical role in our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and directly impact our mission to help relieve the stress and anxiety of working caregivers. You will have a deep understanding of our market, our customers, their employees, and the competitive landscape to develop unique value propositions, messaging, product launches, and go-to-market strategies. You will craft compelling materials that demonstrate Cariloop's values and resonate with employers, consultants, channel partners, and members. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and partners closely with Product, Coaching, Sales Enablement, Sales, and Client Success.

Your responsibilities include
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences, including channel partners, employers, and members You will differentiate Cariloop in the employer-sponsored benefits market and adapt messages as we enter new markets and distribution channels.
  • GTM for Product and Feature Releases: Establish and execute GTM strategies for product launches, including messaging, engagement recommendations for members, and product-related materials for clients and prospects. Organize and project manage new GTM initiatives cross-functionally from ideation to release.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct and maintain market analysis and competitive intel to understand employer and member needs and identify trends in employee/caregiving benefits. Use these insights to educate cross-functional team members and inform product strategy, messaging, and positioning.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain internal and external content to enable Sales and Client Success including collateral, product positioning guidance, product sheets, videos, slides, product demos, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Content & Campaign Creation: Partner with Demand Generation and Content Marketing to create landing pages, product overviews, blog posts, and webinars that resonate with our buyers and drive high-intent traffic/MQLs.
  • Member and Customer Research: Develop and implement a process for conducting and interpreting customer research initiatives. Collaborate with our Member Research team to continuously refine messaging across multiple channels (email, printed, in-app, etc.), ensuring it drives demand, product utilization, and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive connection and collaboration between Products,
    Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing as we align our priorities and
    messaging
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field of study or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing and a strong understanding of B2B and B2B2C marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing product positioning and messaging strategies for diverse B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation for Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading GTM strategies for new product and feature launches from ideation to execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization using clear, effective, and compelling messaging.
  • Skilled in market analysis, data interpretation, and the ability to apply insights to improve product positioning.
  • Strong project management skills, including driving alignment, planning resources, and achieving shared goals and deliverables on time.
  • Able to learn and adapt to new or existing product marketing tools and technology to support data-driven marketing and decision-making.
  • Experience in the employee benefits industry is preferred.
