Our growing company is looking for a Retention Specialist to support our sales division where you will be the backbone for our high-performance sales team Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities.
Duties
Engage in inbound and outbound calls with NCH customers who are considering a change in their services or renewing their services
Collaborate with sales and customer service management on ideas and tactics to win customers back
Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner
Analyze customer feedback and develop customer retention
Explain our products and services and the benefits that come with them
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
Professional demeanor and conduct
Problem-solving skill sets, be strategic and diplomatic
Team-oriented and able to build positive relationships with customers
Ability to handle rejection
Achieve and exceed individual targets
Basic computer knowledge, including data entry into CRM
Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Familiarity with multi-line phones
Awesome Benefits Include:
$31,200 Base Salary + Commissions, Spiffs, and Bonuses
Primary schedule is from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday work.
