Develops and maintains basic competencies required to conduct clinical research including maintaining current training records.2. Develops, conducts, and facilitates research protocols. Enrolls and manages study subjects and subject encounters.3. Develops recruitment strategies with study teams.4. Educations subjects on study related activities.5. Performs data management activities including data abstraction, collection, source development and reporting.6. Manages monitoring visits.7. Manages administrative responsibilities, to include research documentation, research revenue capture and subject payments, etc.8. Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to deliver presentations; to communicate effectively and convincingly. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as, in a collaborative, team environment. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ability to apply related knowledge and experience and exhibit creativity and latitude in resolving complex and non-routine issues and concerns.Qualifications:MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Bachelors degree from a recognized college or university in a science or health-related field, or six (6) years of clinical research, healthcare or related field in lieu of degree.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:One year of experience in clinical research, healthcare, or related field.MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:None.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
