The Regulatory Affairs team is crucial for supporting our business operations by providing expert regulatory guidance, managing regulatory filings, and advocating for our business interests with stakeholders and regulators. We are focused on innovation and collaboration to meet our company goals.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Case Manager to oversee regulatory proceedings, ensure compliance, and engage stakeholders. This role may involve developing case materials, serving as an expert witness, and driving process improvements and special projects.
This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work remotely and on-site as needed.
Salary Range:
Bay Area Minimum: $98,000Bay Area Maximum: $146,000
Job Responsibilities
Manage cases of moderate complexity
Independently lead the regulatory process
Build external relationships with stakeholders
Act as an expert witness and prepare necessary documentation
Review and assist in developing regulatory materials
Recommend process improvements
Ensure compliance with all regulatory items
Review regulatory filings and provide strategic recommendations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
5 years of relevant experience
Experience in regulatory affairs, project management, and communications
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and persuasion skills
