Laars Heating Systems based in Rochester, NH is seeking a results-oriented ERP analyst to successfully integrate our ERP software. You will be collaborating with senior managers to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems, and deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions.

To ensure success as an ERP analyst, you should exhibit extensive knowledge of IT systems and the ability to resolve integration issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must have working knowledge and experience with Epicor's Kinetic ERP software. With a deep understanding of the ERP functionalities providing technical expertise, analysis, and training.
  • Help manage and conduct the implementation of the ERP system, future acquisition implementations, and upgrades. Configure Cloud ERP software to suit specific business processes and workflows.
  • Continued support of the ERP working closely with other team members ensuring that the system is deployed to meet business processes and business operations.
  • Responds to new or improved systems, user demand, application problems; defines the problem and explores the latitude within the system to resolve the issue; defines scope of problem resolution.
  • Support automation in all functional areas of the business.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time for the first three years to other facilities.
Education/Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred
  • Minimum 5-year experience as an ERP analyst (or similar role) with technical products
  • Previous experience working in a Manufacturing environment required
Skills:
  • Configuration knowledge of Epicor Kinetic
  • SQL experience
  • BI and Analytics experience
  • A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, and business processes
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
