WORK SCHEDULE:

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, approximately 7:30 am to 5:00 pm with around 8 stops per day. Occasional Saturday work, but no nights We believe in work-life balance

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A TERMITE PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN:

As a Termite Pest Control Technician at Arrow Exterminators, your day revolves around creating lifelong client relationships and ensuring homes are pest-free sanctuaries. You'll inspect sites, determine prescribed treatments, and prepare areas for treatment. Armed with a commercial backpack mist duster, you'll apply various wood-destroying organism treatments-installing termite bait stations, trenching, drilling, and spraying. Your expertise transforms spaces, providing peace of mind to our valued customers. Interact with clients, share your knowledge, and become an indispensable part of the Arrow Exterminators family.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A TERMITE PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing and certification exams

+ Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

No experience necessary We will train the right person.
