The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple glass and glazing projects simultaneously, ensuring all project objectives are met. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management. Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present project reports, updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly. Mentor and guide junior project managers and project coordinators, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the glass and glazing industry. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of glass and glazing products, installation techniques, and industry standards. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
