The **Sales Coordinator** will provide administrative and sales support for the Private Label/Custom Manufacturing (PL/CM) and International Business Managers. The person will be responsible for support functions to ensure partner requirements are met on a timely basis and channel performance is achieved.

**Core Responsibilities include:**

* Provide administrative support to the biz dev managers and Executive Vice President (Assist with order entry, order and sample logistics coordination, sales analytics, presentation creation, scheduling with internal stakeholders, note taking etc.).

* Manage the label creation and ordering process (working with customers, design teams, regulatory/quality, and operations) to meet all requirements for timely fulfillment of PL/CM Orders.

* Project management support for PL/CM and international customers - working closely with R&D, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of deliverables.

* Work closely with the marketing team to ensure appropriate materials are available/repurposed for PL/CM and international partners.

* Responsible for compiling weekly/monthly reports related to channel and partner performance. Assist with execution of monthly sales forecasting initiatives for relevant channels.

* Ensure all account information is in NetSuite and is accurate - maintain database of all channel activities.

* Maintain customer data and line of communication to ensure all accounts (new and old) are receiving accounting and marketing information being sent from ERP/CRM systems.

* Assist with research to determine new partners and evaluate incoming leads for opportunity potential and channel categorization.

* Act as liaison between departments and sales channels to optimize internal process efficiencies and align strategic initiatives across different internal stakeholder groups to better support PL/CM and International partners.

* Become an expert on all QS products and systems - clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing.

* Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.

* Control resources/work within predetermined budget parameters

* Ensure customer compliance with established standard policies and procedures.

**Travel:**

Travel (including weekend attendance) may be required for conferences and events as needed and approved by manager.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

* 2 years' experience in a sales support role

* Proficient in MS Office Suite - advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Required

* Experience using MIS Systems - NetSuite ERP & HubSpot

* Must be able to life, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. (i.e., large boxes) during company events, trade shows and times of peak shipping demand

*Ideal Candidates have the following traits:*

* Sales support experience in the Nutraceutical or Health and Wellness Industry

* International Sales Experience working with ESL customers

* Private Label/Custom Manufacturing Sales or Support experience

* Project management certification or equivalent experience

* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communications skills

* Strong client-facing and communication skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

* Excellent knowledge and/or willingness to learn sales methods and techniques

* Working knowledge of sales/customer service software, databases, and tools

* Ability to think analytically, strategically, and to work as a team

* Numerical Analysis abilities, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills

* Results driven, proactive, with the ability to take initiative, relate to, and work with a wide variety of stakeholders

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work and market environment

* Willingness to be flexible and jump into ad-hoc projects with a positive, get things done attitude
