Monitor progress of budgets and present operational metrics. Develop full knowledge and deep understanding of financial and operational aspects of specific industries. Ensure financial staff maintains financial record systems in accordance with appropriate principles and monitors the use of funds. Manage cash flow and forecasting, directing financial accounting. Manage capital planning, risk management, and board of director interactions. Effectively manage multiple client engagements. Build strong client relationships and become a key member of client management teams. What you will need: Deep industry specialization 8+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role A bachelor's degree is required (in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field is highly preferred). CPA not required but preferred. General knowledge of accounting software. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Intacct, and Bill.com preferred. Experience in using personal and professional network for business development and proven record of building and managing teams through growth. Ability to travel to local client sites as needed.
