What you will need: Deep industry specialization 8+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role A bachelor's degree is required (in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field is highly preferred). CPA not required but preferred. General knowledge of accounting software. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Intacct, and Bill.com preferred. Experience in using personal and professional network for business development and proven record of building and managing teams through growth. Ability to travel to local client sites as needed.
