Why Work at Omro Care Center? $5,000 Sign-on bonus Shift Differentials - Weekdays: PMs NOCs: $2.00/hr Our CNAs can make up to $25 an hour Health, Dental, and Vision benefit Vacation/Holiday/Sick time Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment Program up to $5,250 a year Job Description: Essential Duties: Provides quality nursing care to guests in a nourishing environment Individualized attention to encourage guests' ability to maintain or attain highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being Carry out assignments required for guests' activities of daily living (ADL's) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Attends to individual needs of all guests in regards to incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, and other needs Maintains guests' skin integrity by changing incontinent guests, turning, repositioning immobile guests, and applying moisturizers Performs various tasks assigned by the floor nurse, including checking vital signs, weighing guests, applying creams/ointments, and collecting specimens Requirements: Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Wisconsin Experience in long-term care preferred Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff Benefits: Competitive wages determined on level of experience Health, Dental, and Vision benefit Vacation/Holiday/Sick time Tuition Reimbursement/Student Loan Repayment Program up to $5,250 a year 401k $2 Shift Differentials for PM and NOC Sign-On Bonus Referral Bonus
