Job Description
The
Manager of Client Sourcing
builds on their success as a manager to lead, develop, and oversee daily team operations of the Client Sourcing Team. The Manager must have the ability to build and revise the department strategy by devising innovative solutions to sales, Client Services, and operational challenges. In additional the Manager must focus on department culture and talent retention in order to grow individual and divisional productivity, ultimately impacting presented candidates, market share, revenue and profit. The director must have the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external clients to ensure the success of projects and the department. The Manager will work closely with the Director of Client Services and the CEO to implement initiatives and drive change.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Builds strategies to increase department revenue and profitability.
Interviews internal and external candidates with the ability to identify, select, engage, and retain top talent.
Show team building, department culture, cross-functional communication, and talent retention.
Introduces Department initiatives, process changes, and team development opportunities.
Clearly communicates company goals in terms of production expectations at individual and Department levels.
Facilitates team meetings to cascade strategic updates, process changes and skill development opportunities.
Evaluate individual production in relation to expectations.
Holds team members accountable to develop new skills and increase production through motivation, coaching, and the Performance Improvement Plan process.
Reinforces strategic initiatives and training at the desk by observing, coaching, and sharing in order to influence new approaches and strategies are implemented.
Formulates, proposes, and executes ideas and solutions to overcome people, resources, and competitive obstacles.
Create and set SMART goals and KPI’s that drive individual, department, and company goals.
Cultivates high-trust relationships of shared accountability with Internal and External Partners through day-to-day informal interactions to promote collaboration.
Serves as a champion for the company to drive results and additional business.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Three to Five years of recruitment experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to gain the trust of clients.
Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
Being friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented is a must.
Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem-solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
Communicates changes and progress; completes projects on time and budget.
Team player with a "can do" attitude that can work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients, and customers.
Ability to coordinate with other staff and interact with other departments professionally.
Possesses self-motivation and assertiveness to achieve goals and be successful.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing Software (Word)
