Summary: The Sr. Procurement Manager works closely with the Construction, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver on time services and equipment for Prime’s various data centers in the US and Europe. Proactively identifying areas of opportunity, the Procurement Manager plays a critical role in managing suppliers and tracking procurement performance for the organization. Job Details: Develop negotiation strategies to deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationships with strategic suppliers pertaining to construction services for data centers or other mission critical facilities. Collaborate with Construction, Finance, Solutions Engineering, and Legal teams to identify and support business objectives. Make optimal trade-offs between schedule, resources, and scope, and apply advanced technical and business knowledge to address major risks, challenges, and obstacles. Lead the development of long-term department strategies, playbook to ERP optimization and integration with Project Management tools Manage contracts including renewals, document management, and risk management. Create and track KPI’s and regularly report progress to leadership. Facilitate contractor RFP's in support of Prime's objectives in a timely and efficient manner Other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing required. 6+ years experience in Data Center or Infrastructure fields Construction services, contract management, change management and contract negotiation experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 required Strong collaboration and communication skills Must have the ability to break down high-level strategic direction into tasks Benefits: Competitive salary ($115-$135k) and performance bonus program 401k fully vested upon enrollment, up to a 4% employer match 100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability New office located in the RiNo area Paid Time Off + Sick time Prime Data Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
