Senior Director of Finance

Vaco has teamed up with our client, a PE-owned pharmaceutical company, to find a Director of Finance to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Monthly financial reporting, profitability analysis, and gross to net management
- Managing the accounting team
- Overseeing the gross to net process
- Leading board presentations and profitability analysis
- Overseeing monthly reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and cash reserve management
- Managing financial close and general ledger operations
- Handling chargebacks, rebates, and purchasing processes
- Overseeing licensing agreements
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a private equity-owned company
QuickBooks experience is preferred.
Pharma industry experience is also required.
Location: Near Raritan, NJ (onsite)
Salary: Up to $175-200k + bonus
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
Prior management experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks software
CPA designation preferred

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
