Reservation Agent Responsible for providing quality service and hospitality when answering incoming guest calls, securing guest reservations, and utilizing sales technics to maximize guest satisfaction & Hotel revenues for all US Hotel properties and Regency managed properties.Answer incoming guest phone calls and take appropriate action for each call up to and including securing reservations in a timely and correct mannerSecuring necessary deposits for reservationsKnowledgeable of all US Hotel properties and their amenities.
