The Brand Loyalty team leads the development of marketing programs across every digital touchpoint, including web, email, SMS, social media, mobile apps, and more We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead brand loyalty efforts for our brand(s).

The right candidate will be responsible for market research, curating and updating content for all digital channels, create and execute on local and national promotions, act as a liaison between field and support teams, and provide KPIs and ROI on all campaigns.

What you'll doCONTENT DEVELOPMENT for SOCIAL MEDIA & LOYALTY CHANNELS- Develop social media, email, and SMS acquisition & loyalty strategies- Lead creation of monthly content calendars, getting approval and buy-in from key stakeholders- Work with our Field Marketing team to identify local digital marketing opportunities- Create paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.), build reporting to measure performance- Explore opportunities with new or underutilized CRM and social media functionality (customer journeys, Instagram Reels, etc.)- Partner with Graphic Design team to create images, videos, GIFs, and other forms of content for digital usage- Day-to-day point of contact for our field team, platform partners, and other potential third-party creative vendors

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT- Be brand voice across all digital platforms- Interact daily with our audiences to build loyalty, trust, and engagement- Create "real-time" content to take advantage of trends and culturally relevant moments- Create and maintain guest engagement best practices to share with our broader Marketing team

ANALYTICS, REPORTING, PRESENTING- Create consistent reporting to measure campaign performance- Implement analytics integrations to track cross-channel performance (Facebook Pixels, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mobile SDKs, etc.)- Lead creative discussions with our marketing leadership and broader marketing teams- Present digital strategies and results to various internal stakeholders (including C-Suite and department leaders)

SEARCH AND WEBSITE SUPPORT- Assists in enhancing guest experiences on our owned web properties- Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization- Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities

Requirements:Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or similar.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a digital marketing or similar role. Experience driving loyalty or social media for a brand.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe products (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), and strong typography skills.
