Scope of Responsibilities:

The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an organization. This role involves planning and coordinating marketing efforts, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities to drive brand awareness and achieve business goals.
Essential Functions:
Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust plans accordingly.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future efforts.

Brand Management:

Qualifications:
