Your Role & Impact
  • Strategic Leadership: Set growth strategies, manage P&L, and ensure profitable operations.
  • Business Development: Drive new business and expand our market presence.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build relationships with clients and industry leaders to enhance CPHSG's reputation.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire a team of consultants and sales executives, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Qualifications
  • 15+ Years of Executive Experience in contract security services or related fields.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and P&L management.
  • Client Relations: Proven ability to foster client trust and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Team Building: Strong record in leading high-performing teams.
Education & Benefits
  • Education: Master's Degree in business administration, Security Management, or related field preferred.
  • Compensation: $115,000 base salary plus commission, full medical, 401(k) with company match, profit-sharing, and expense account.
