Knowledge: Strong knowledge of compensation principles, executive pay structures, and relevant legislation. Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; proficiency in compensation software and Microsoft Excel. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across the organization.
