Higginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for aCommercial Insurance Account Manager for our Oklahoma City, OKoffice.

TheCommercial Insurance Account Managerin this office will assist the P&C Sales Producers in generating the marketing to pitch policies to current and potential clients, as well as implementing the client's policy and negotiating the rate terms and conditions.

Duties include but are not limited to Service and Support of our commercial clients and our commercial insurance producers. The candidate can expect to:

  • Prepare and present commercial insurance solutions
  • Re-market existing insurance policies to improve our clients' ability to manage risk
  • Work with business and insurance professionals to renew commercial insurance policies
  • Amend insurance policies to meet the unique needs of our clients
  • Earn professional licenses and certifications
  • Respond to client inquiries and change requests
  • Other duties as assigned
Location:
  • Oklahoma City, OK
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in commercial insurancepreferred
  • General Lines Agent Property & Casualty License required
Systems:
  • AMS 360 experience preferred or knowledge of a similar AMS system (EPIC, etc) will help with the learning curve
