Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled translator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to train colleagues in Spanish on specific job tasks, translate questions or requests clearly and accurately, and potentially convert documentation from English to Spanish. You will also assist with written and oral communication as needed, provide quality assurance for the translation process, and implement feedback and changes whenever possible.

Responsibilities

+ Train colleagues in Spanish on specific job tasks.

+ Translate questions or requests clearly and accurately, conveying phrasing and intention as it relates to the subject.

+ Potentially convert documentation from English to Spanish.

+ Assist with written and oral communication as needed.

+ Provide quality assurance for the translation process.

+ Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.

Essential Skills

+ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

+ 1+ years of prior experience.

+ Ability to fluently speak, write, and read in Spanish.

+ Ability to understand English and translate to Spanish.

+ A strong work ethic, reliability, and trustworthiness.

+ Understanding the importance of teamwork.

+ Solid understanding of plant and safety rules.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position, ensuring close collaboration with team members and adherence to plant and safety rules.
