Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, including experience with ABM and inbound lead generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the healthcare field with the ability to create engaging marketing content. Proven experience developing multimedia healthcare content and marketing campaigns. Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, channels, and strategy developments. Understanding of landing page optimization, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, user funnels, multi-touch attribution, marketing databases for promotional purposes, and A/B testing as it relates to marketing success metrics. Capable of identifying, attracting, and engaging target audiences Attention to detail with strong project management, multitasking, resourcefulness, and decision-making skills. Demonstrable success in filling the lead funnel, driving pipeline growth, and impacting revenue through integrated campaigns. Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, content marketing systems (CMS) social media management, and analytics platforms (GA4)
