Summary: This position is responsible for selling First Foundation Wealth Management's investment services to a high-net-worth clientele by networking through direct prospecting, cultivating external referral sources, and networking with key influencers. Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $172,500/yr to $180,000/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match. Other rewards may include annual performance-based bonuses and wellness days. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a First Foundation Inc. position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of an Employment Visa. Duties and Responsibilities: The employee is responsible for adherence to all compliance programs and the completion of all required and assigned training by established due dates. Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position. Identify and build client relationships within the high-net-worth market. Research the financial portfolio of prospects to develop an informed perspective in determining how to provide the best services, and add products to preserve and grow the client’s wealth. Generate own leads and manage the sales process and client portfolio while achieving revenue goals. Represent personal financial planning, investment management, and financial consulting; work with private bankers to cross-sell relationship improvement opportunities to existing clients. Provide charitable, business, and wealth planning advice to clients of the company. Introduce prospects and clients to the platform of services offered by the company. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of related experience and/or demonstrated sales record as a top producer in the Wealth Management industry. Skills: Possess strong business and management skills. Must be a strategic thinker for detailed analysis of complex financial situations and a proven ability to manage and direct the growth of business. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel. Must be able to multitask, often under pressure. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
