We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects on-site. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your work will involve managing our talented installers on-site and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the on-site installation
  • Ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or delays that arise
  • Coordinate with installers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
  • Communicate project status and updates to the project management team
  • Ensure materials are received, inventoried, and distributed appropriately
  • Read and follow installation instructions and blueprints
  • Utilize hand and power tools, including tape measures, nail guns, and screw guns
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Work collaboratively to complete projects on schedule
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams on-site
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Experience in construction and hands-on carpentry (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation instructions
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in a superintendent or foreman role (preferred but not required)
