What You Will Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the governance of all BlueVector.AI projects and will individually lead the management of a select number of high-profile projects. You will ensure that all projects follow our project methodology and will monitor them closely to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and at the right level of quality.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent medium-to-large sized BlueVector projects
  • Direct and oversee the management of larger and more complex BlueVector projects
  • Manage staffing and task allocation
  • Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan for all projects
  • Manage budget and scope for all projects
  • Assess risks/issues and establish contingency plans for all projects
  • Track progress and completion of deliverables and ensure that quality and timing objectives are met for all projects
  • Ensure all requirements and user stories are captured in Asana or client's tool and that all documents are stored following the appropriate management and storage protocols
Who You Are

You have a strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and know when to apply which. You are comfortable and enjoy developing project plans and managing fixed fee and fixed timeline projects to successful completion. You have managed people, can resolve conflicts, and are an effective communicator. Ideally, you've had experience managing programs, enterprise application development projects and have some experience working for government and healthcare clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 9+ years of experience in enterprise application project management
  • Understanding of AI concepts
  • Experience working with low code / no code tools (e.g. CRM apps, AppSheet, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, PowerApps, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with demanding clients
  • Google Workspace and Google Cloud Experience is a plus
