  • Superior operational abilities and extensive knowledge of the various aspects of human resources: compensation and benefits management, health management, talent management, etc.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a professional HR management role with experience in a union and manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills and ability to set priorities.
  • Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS Systems.
  • 10% travel - Some travel to Canada will be required.
  • 100% onsite in a plant environment.
  • Offering relocation assistance if needed.
