- Superior operational abilities and extensive knowledge of the various aspects of human resources: compensation and benefits management, health management, talent management, etc.

- Lead a team of 3 HR professionals while supporting attract and retain objectives and the monthly, quarterly, and annual company initiatives.
- Provide performance management and workforce development coaching and consulting to the operations and administrative leadership team.
- Facilitate report out of HR analytics, monthly HR & company initiatives, and announcements.
- Represent division group at community and corporate events and meetings.
- Promote change initiatives through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Introduce and support continuous improvement concepts while providing guidance and oversite to reach intended objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a professional HR management role with experience in a union and manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills and ability to set priorities.
- Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS Systems.
- 10% travel - Some travel to Canada will be required.
- 100% onsite in a plant environment.
- Offering relocation assistance if needed.
