We are hiring a Sales Manager who is responsible for working with the Director of Sales in coordinating and managing the daily sales activities in the community sales department. How you will make an impact: Management of the sales office when the sales director is out of the officeWeekly reporting, including a summary of the office activity and an analysis of the results of our key sales indicators (kit requests, luncheon attendance, deposits, reservations, settlements, back-outs, etc.)Direct responsibility for the pre-sales area of the office (Phone, walk-ins, kit responses, etc.)Direct responsibility for all sales programs that accelerate the sales curve for the Priority ListAssistance with sales process management and tracking of key sales dataAssistance with the management of our data entry and reporting process, move-in process, and event programCompensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $80,000/ annually, plus generous commissions & bonus What we offer:Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law.401k for all employees 18 and over.
