In fact, many of ourresidents and employees aren'tWe're ready for you to join our team Browse our current openings to find aposition that aligns with your talents and find a career where you're more thana job title.$1,000 Sign On BonusFull Time - 7am-3:30pm (working every third weekend and every third holiday)Early wage access - Work today, get paid tomorrowUp to 17 days Paid Time Off in your first yearFun, friendly atmosphereSummary:Floor Technicians clean and maintain assigned area(s) in a sanitary, orderly, & attractive condition.Clean and maintain all tile floors using a buffing machine and or scrubberClean and sanitize all carpet in the SMC buildings using a carpet cleaner and scrubberResponsible for all equipment including cleaning and maintenanceTransports furniture from one room/building to another as neededOn weekends that the staff member works they are responsible for cleaning bathrooms, hallways and emptying trash in designated areasTrack and submit orders to the supervisor for al floor cleaning chemicalsObserves for maintenance needs and notifies supervisorMust be able to complete work with limited supervisionMust adhere to all safety and health proceduresRequirements:The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 poundsMust hand operate electro-mechanical floor scrubbers, polishers, and buffers in addition to mops and other manual floor care equipmentLess than high school education.
