Responsibilities:
Review and analyze contract requirements, terms, and conditions, ensuring compliance with Florida government regulations.
Develop and negotiate contracts, amendments, and modifications with government agencies and vendors.

Evaluate bids and proposals to determine their responsiveness and adherence to requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, finance, and program managers, to ensure contract compliance and resolve any contractual issues.
