W2 Assignment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for analyzing financial data for eCommerce Business Planning, identifying trends, monitoring key performance indicators, preparing financial reports, conduct monthly P&L reconciliations, supporting budgeting and planning processes, and providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance and drive business growth within the eCommerce organization. Role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Company's objectives. This includes the following:
  • Monthly P&L Analysis (Plan vs. Actuals).
  • Root-cause analysis for variance in revenue & profit.
  • Root-cause analysis of Below CGS sales orders.
  • Other ad hoc financial analysis requests.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Top Three Skills:
    • Forecast Modeling experience.
    • Effective Communicator.
    • Finance experience.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong knowledge of forecast modeling and basic P&L Management.
  • Prior experience in a consumer electronics manufacturer and/or retailer preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to navigate the Company's organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in B2C activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Korean language preferred, but not required.
