Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Success COD Specialist collaborates cross-functionally (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) responds to UPS internal and external customer requests, resolves customer issues, conducts research, and generates reports. This position supports new and existing customer implementations. He/She ensures customer service compliance, facilitates process improvements, and supports high levels of quality and service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor daily operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance department to adhere to deposit reconciliations.
  • Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and distribute to staff.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal, external customers and shippers.
  • Onboard and train new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
• Able and willing to collaborate in a team environment and exercise independent judgement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to form good partner relationships across functions.

Preferences:
• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Bookkeeping)
