This Water Practice Leader will be responsible for building and leading the office and growing and developing relationships with key clients to grow market presence. Responsibilities : Be able to develop, maintain, and implement business development, and operational plans for the water practice. Build relationships with new clients throughout the DFW area and the work needed to earn their business and to be able to maintain them as a client. Be able to support community and business organizational involvement within the market. Attend/organize staff to attend industry events and government meetings. Maintaining the water practice staff - responsible for feasibility, design, and construction administration of water wastewater projects. Prioritize project assignments and staffing. Responsible for hiring, mentoring, training, and directing staff. Assist the team with resolving complex projects. Set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure objectives are met. Requirements : BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree PE License in TX Minimum 15 years of experience in water infrastructure. Has business development and client relationships in North Texas. Experience in managing an office or division. Experience in complex water/wastewater facilities or pipeline projects Has excellent written and verbal communication skills - required to build relationships with clients and team members.
