Job Description:

Role Value Proposition:
Compiles and analyzes financial information for the AD Portfolio withing Global Technology.
The incumbent will assist CIO teams in financial management, portfolio set up, monthly reporting, and forecasting.
The incumbent will interact with a large, diverse program team including senior management and will report out on any significant changes within the portfolio(s).
Establishes, implements, maintains, and monitors processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices as it relates to portfolio financials.
Drives improvements in planning, forecasting, and reporting to help deliver on financial commitments to the enterprise.
This role may also participate and help lead annual planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:
•Provides thought leadership for decisions related to portfolio governance, management, best practices as well as design and utilization of PPM tools.
•Evaluates US Application development portfolio, highlights risks and opportunities, and assists in initiatives to close gaps to financial plan.
•Partner with application development teams to complete monthly forecasts, review actuals, and submit month accruals. Ensure all financial and operational inputs are appropriately accounted for in the proper periods and that budgets/forecasts reflect the most accurate information available.
•Build strong relationships with GTO internal and external partner organizations to help drive change and efficiency.
•Provide clear communication, training, and guidance to business partners to facilitate accuracy and consistency in portfolio management practices.
•Design, develop, manage and deliver customized reporting requests and dashboards
•Create queries to provide ad hoc reports, analysis, and datasets based on business needs

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
•7+ years of financial experience, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, as well as experience managing complex budgets and P&L analysis; experience supporting an IT organization
•Bachelors in Business Administration or Finance
•Advanced Excel skills required along with strong adaptivity to learning portfolio management tools (such as Clarity and Apptio)
•Excellent data organization, detailed analytical and interpretation skills
•Adept at juggling competing priorities, delivering on time results, honoring commitments, and demonstrating ownership / accountability for financial performance
•Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple stakeholders
•Highly effective communication standards through oral, written, and presentation mediums

Preferred:
•Agile Certification or Experience/Scaled Agile Certification
•Clarity/Apptio Experience, MS Office Suite
