Job Summary:

This position is responsible for sorting, scanning, indexing, verifying, and distributing the documents for all internal departments. This position provides customer service to internal departments to ensure document imaging needs are being met and will help train other departments to view images that have been imported into Nautilus.

Primary Duties:
  • Responsible for sorting, scanning, indexing, verifying, and distributing all documents.
  • Scanning and indexing paper and electronic files.
  • Indexing closed signature cards, workflows, inputting information in a database, and filing and pulling paper documents.
  • Monitor quality of images, re-scanning documentation as needed, and making other hardware adjustments; such as cleaning the scanner.
  • Follow established policies and procedures, accurately and efficiently to meet team quality standards and service level agreements.
  • Continually review daily workflow looking for improvements in production processing.
  • Provide support to internal business units who require assistance.
  • Ensure functional procedures are current and up-to-date compared to daily processes.
  • Must be able to work well with a small group of people for common goals and assisting internal customers.
  • Work flexible hours to support the department needs to include after hours and weekends.
  • Know by name and face as many customers and employees as possible, calling them by name as often as possible.
  • Know and practice LOCBUTN, our Golden Rules, and Bell Bank Customer Service Standards.
  • Know, understand, and live the company values and bottom line.
  • Conduct activities consistent with established Bell Bank policies, procedures and systems, the Bell Bank Employee Conduct policies, the Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Job Skills Required:
  • High School diploma required.

  • Detail-oriented, have the ability to work under deadlines and to prioritize workflow on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Due to the nature of this position and working with sensitive information, must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
