About the Role:

In the role of Quality Technician during night shift, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our production unit operates in adherence to the quality standards outlined by Group Quality. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of production to guarantee compliance with specifications, as well as proposing initiatives for continuous improvement. Moreover, you will contribute to employees' training to ensure the achievement of quality objectives and will actively monitor the production to promptly address any issues that may arise.

Main Responsibilities:

In this multifaceted role, you will be pivotal in ensuring consistent adherence to stringent quality standards within our production environment. Your primary duties will include conducting thorough internal checks, encompassing hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and diligently maintaining audit schedules to enforce quality standards. Upholding impeccable hygiene standards throughout the factory premises, in line with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices, will be imperative. You will audit critical aspects such as allergen control, and Critical Control Points (CCPs) to safeguard product quality. Monitoring documentation related to traceability, batching, product labels, and printing will be part of your routine, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Supporting production and Quality Management during food safety and quality issues, assisting with laboratory analysis, and implementing corrective actions as needed, will be crucial. You will collaborate closely with production staff to maintain and enhance quality standards, ensuring our products consistently meet all criteria for excellence. Actively participating in internal and external audits will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will perform swabs to adhere to the environmental monitoring program and promptly and effectively address emerging quality issues to safeguard the integrity and reputation of our products and processes.

In summary, as a Quality Technician, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of ensuring the integrity, compliance, and continual improvement of quality standards within our production environment. This role is vital in safeguarding our reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a degree in Food Science or related fields with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of previous experience in a quality role and possess strong numerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
