Nursing Professional Development Specialist

Professional Development Specialists are responsible for the following: Provides professional nursing care based on nursing standards, policies, and procedures. Serves as a role model and mentor for students and other staff. Maintains accountability for own practice and aspects of care delegated to others.Jefferson Health is searching for a registered nurse Professional Development Specialist with advanced skills who demonstrates a high degree of professional competence in a specialized nursing field.Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing required RN, BCLS, and ACLS certifications in the state of Pennsylvania Five (5) years of nursing experience with three (3) years in area of specialty practice Conditions of EmploymentCovid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
