REQUIRED SKILLS
Preferred 8+ years of functional or operational experience in change management
Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training content (instructor-led and eLearning)
Experience in an enterprise-level operational function and successful track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
Knowledge of Instructional Design concepts and principles
Ability to Storyboard
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and WebEx; knowledge of eLearning software such as Articulate 360 and Rise.
Visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
