Job Type Full-timeDescriptionFull-time Dental Patient Coordinator needed at Mile High Denture and Implant Center in Englewood, Colorado for an established specialty dental office.Locally owned and operated since 1979, we're the original all-in-one dental and implant center serving Colorado. We have an onsite dental lab, a 3-D CT scanner, and a team of dental and implant specialists who work hard to change our patient's lives. We seek a polished and professional Dental Patient Coordinator to help us deliver a top-notch experience to each patient from start to finish.Our Dental Patient Coordinator's primary role is to manage a smooth end-to-end patient experience. This role would include optimizing the doctors' schedules using pre-set templates or doctors' instructions. We are a fast-paced office where we go above and beyond for our patients and seek a dynamic, self-motivated individual who can fulfill these expectations.Responsibilities include:Delivering an outstanding customer experienceOptimizing the Doctors' schedulesManaging our technology-driven patient recall system (e.g., automated pre-recorded calling systems, automated e-mail, and text messaging systems)Answering phones in a friendly mannerScheduling appointmentsEnsuring new patients are given priority on the schedule and appropriately noted on the scheduleMaking sure emergency patients are offered immediate attentionMaintaining a short notice "call list" to use in case of cancellationsKeep patients accurately informed and comforted about the expected wait time (e.g., focus your attention on putting them at ease and feeling welcomed)Check and return all voice messages on the same dayData EntryInsurance VerificationFull-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, life insurance, daily bonuses, employee assistance programs, and matching 401k.Salary Range: $22 to $24 per hourApplications will be accepted until 10/31/24RequirementsOne or more years in a dental front office is required, specialty experience is preferredBilingual in English/Spanish is a plusDental Insurance experience is requiredExperience with Denticon is a plus but is not requiredAttention to detailMust be reliable and punctual with the ability to work a full-time scheduleExperience working with 3rd party financing vendors is a plus Salary Description $22 to $24 per hour
