Human Resources Coordinator

MEI Group is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator for our corporate office and our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Human Resources Coordinator. This position will execute administrative duties, employee records, operate HR systems and maintain confidentiality within the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and
confidentiality. - Prepare HR documentation, letters, and reports as needed.
- Schedule HR meetings and coordinate calendars.
- Assist in planning and executing HR-related events, such as training sessions and
new hires orientations. - Generate HR-related reports using HRIS and Microsoft Excel
- Respond to general HR inquiries and direct employees to the appropriate HR staff
when necessary. - Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bilingual - Must speak Spanish
- Associate's degree in human resources or a related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred but not
required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
- Experience with HR software (HRIS/ATS) - preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.
- High school diploma or GED
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday 9 am-6 pm
- $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly (Depending on Experience)
