LG Channel Marketing Account Manager Overview:

The LG Channel Marketing team is looking for an experienced individual with an understanding of the current digital and In-Store retail marketing landscape for our regional and independent dealers. With the ever-changing shift to digital sales and online consumer insights, the importance of online retail continues to grow within our organization. This position will focus on the companys home appliance category; products include: Laundry, Kitchen (Refrigerators, Ranges, Microwaves, and Dishwashers), vacuums, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, etc. This position will work with the sales teams, customers, and Senior Channel Marketing manager to plan campaigns with the retailers and execute corporate strategy at the channel level. This person will provide presentations, reports and solutions for the consumer and report back to internal leadership to direct decision making and campaign performance reviews. The mission of this role is to help the sales channel increase revenue and maximize our ad spend with the retailers.

With support from leadership, this role will be responsible for developing best practices and working with senior stakeholders to drive insight and suggest optimizations. The ideal candidate possesses a unique skill set that combines strong relationship building and understanding of the retail environment. While website, digital activities and in-store are a priority, collaboration across business units with other key stakeholders to drive synergy with marketing activities across the brand is an absolute must.

LG Channel Marketing Account Manager Duties:

Working with the retailer and key account managers to plan collaborative marketing plans for the year to increase LG share of voice and conversion at retail.

Management of all retailer.com digital and in-store marketing projects from initiation to completion.

Oversight of all content development for retail digital and in-store marketing including working with HS Ad project managed creative teams on production/asset development and copy-writing on multiple/simultaneous projects.

To drive sales on retailer.com, we collaborate with HS Ads internal digital marketing teams and 3rd party partners on retailer brand support, which includes but not limited to: LG brand store page development/ maintenance, retailer educational pages, social content, Product Detail Page updates and in-store materials.

Effectively manage timelines/schedules including: creating internal briefs, outlining goals, , sending deliverables, managing required resources and staying within an LG budget.

Define and align best in-class marketing asset KPIs to optimize all retail channels.

Key partner and influencer working with account teams for maximization of trade fund management supporting marketing executions at retail.

Understanding of retail promotion calendar and providing deliverables in a timely manner.

Define and create customized dashboards to report on KPIs using Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills/Qualifications:

Channel marketing experience preferred.

Solution-oriented person who takes the initiative to provide and/or identifies answers to issues.

Understanding of retail environment: Digital advertising, Search, retail.com, and creation of print materials/signage.

Knowledge of Digital Asset Libraries, Syndigo, Bazaarvoice and Edge by Essential (aka Clavis) a plus

Omni-channel marketing, Supervision, Account and Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Self-Development, Planning, Organization, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
