Our Sales Account Manager is the face of our customer's experience. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under experienced personnel's direction. Sales Account Manager Will Be:
Communicating with qualified leads, reviewing product and service options, and efficiently closing the sale
Maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
Ensuring customer expectations are achieved through inspections, evaluations and providing outstanding customer service every time
Receiving complete training and perform duties in several departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Presenting product presentations to potential customers and integrate customer outreach into overall sales goals
Monitoring and reporting performance progress of goals and sales objectives with management and core trainers
Observing experienced Sales Account Executives to acquire knowledge of our company values, methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties
Achieve individual sales and business development goals through consistent coaching and training
Sales Account Manager Requirements:
Bachelors in Management, Business Management, Finance, or Communications
Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven track record of professional growth and exceeding set quotas
Motivated to learn, reliable, and professional
Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of staff throughout the organization
Adapt well to continuous change in the sales process and recognize the importance of time management and productivity
Be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
