Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 9am-5pm
As the Property Management Receptionist, you will be the point of contact for management and property administration and furnish customer service assistance to the public.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Responsibilities
- Point of contact for management and property administration: answering multi-line phone and greeting visitors, information and referral, and taking messages as needed
- Provide administrative support for office staff
- Coordinate and schedule vendors and/or deliveries
- Ensure that calls are answered professionally and uses discretion when taking and distributing messages
- Maintain office equipment in excellent working order, repairing basic problems (i.e., paper jams, changing toner), and calling service vendors for repairs as needed. Equipment includes photocopier, scanner, phone and fax, postage and voice mail machines
- Ensure professional appearance of common areas, including reception, photocopier, supply rooms and kitchen areas
- Responsible for mail and packages, etc. Opens and routes incoming mail, flyers and announcements; distributes correspondence and other material to staff
- Complete general clerical task as assigned by supervisor
- Run various routine errands, as required
- One (1) year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Experience maintaining calendars and appointments
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written skills, combined with superior customer service skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
