POSITION SUMMARY Celsius Retail Lending organization is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. This position will work directly with supporting the building the Retail Lending Operations and strategic planning: -Develop a deep understanding of the retail lending business and departmental goals -Responsible for performing market research to build future retail lending products. -Planning will be focused on innovation in the crypto space, customers feedback, keeping Celsius a world-class user experience company. -Collaborate with internal partners and subject matter experts to develop new product strategies, including aspects of marketing and customer experience. -Building competitive analysis in the crypto-backed lending space.- -Help to design business flows, data process maps, and customer journeys for detailed product requirements. -Assists with the interpretation of Retail Lending customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders -Articulating the key business problem and providing options for -a solution -This role actively engages with senior leaders within the department as well as Risk, Finance, and Technology partners. Good business understandings and communications skills are an essential -Assist with meeting materials and presentations QUALIFICATIONS -Undergraduate degree or above -5+ years experience in the Financial Services industry, with general knowledge of retail lending -A deep passion for the crypto industry and the ability to understand which trends matter. -A highly motivated individual who has a demonstrated track record of success -Knowledge of the current crypto landscape required -Strong attention to detail, the ability to work across the company and within cross-functional teams- -Able to work collaboratively and independently -Exceptional Analytical and Quantitative Problem-solving Skills -Proactive with attention to details, strong organizational skills and an ability to execute assignments well and meet deadlines -Comfortable working in a high-stakes, high-growth, roll up your sleeves type of work and fast-paced environment -Identify new crypto partnership and product revenue opportunities Nice to have -Professional crypto experience -International and/or work experience Location
