Job Summary:
Hospitalists at Berkshire Health Systems are vital members of the healthcare team and are responsible for providing high-quality, comprehensive, and patient-centered care to individuals admitted to our hospitals.
- Position based at main campus, Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA.
- Two affiliated critical access hospitals each with their own dedicated Hospitalist teams.
- 7on/7off schedule
- 10-hour shifts
- 176 shifts per year
- Closed ICU
- Established nocturnist program.
- Procedures not required.
- Academic appointment at the University of Massachusetts
- Community teaching hospital with residencies in Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Psychiatry
- Target total daily encounters of 14-18

These positions are credentialed through the medical staff office see scope of practice within the medical staff office for duties and responsibilities.
7 shifts on of 10-hour duration followed by 7 shifts off
