We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing all levels of pharmacy clinical services. This includes monitoring patient medication regimens and providing appropriate interventions as well as supporting all aspects of pharmacy operations.This position will serve ICU - Full Time day shift and will require every 5th weekend .What qualifications you will need:Bachelor of Science RequiredPharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy, a Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy is preferredMinimum of 1 year of hospital clinical pharmacy experience or at least 2 years of general hospital pharmacyCompletion of hospital PGY1/ pharmacy general practice residency or fellowship highly preferredSpecialty BCPS certification preferredActive pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate Missouri State Board of PharmacyMissouri Medications Therapy Management Certification within 60 days of hireResearch Medical Center is a 585+ bed hospital.
