Job Title: Quality Engineer II - A, B, C Shifts
Location: Onsite: Merritt Island, Florida 32953
Schedule: A Shift - Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, B Shift - Mon- Thurs 4pm - 2:30AM, C shift - Fri - Sun 6am - 6pm
Work Authorization: US Person (citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
Top Technical Skills Needed:
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO9000 Quality Management Systems.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as Lean principles, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Strong background in advanced product quality planning (APQP), process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), and control plans.
- Quality performance measurement and analysis capabilities.
- Quality Management System audit experience.

- Flexibility to support manufacturing schedules and overtime as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in a Quality Engineer role within a production environment.
- Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9000 Quality Management Systems and related programs.
- Ability to support manufacturing schedules, including first or second shifts and overtime as needed.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired Skills:
- American Society of Quality, Certified Quality Engineer certification.
- Experience in aerospace, space launch, military, or commercial aviation sectors.
- Proficiency with IPC J-STD-001 (Space Addendum) and IPC 620 standards (IPC-WHMA-A-620).
- Understanding of GD&T fundamentals.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, or comparable certification.
