We are looking for a Billing Specialist, who will be responsible for processing and delivering invoices to the customer as fast as possible with the highest level of accuracy to ensure the most expedited payment. You will collaborate with the Corporate Controller, fellow accounting team members, and others to help maintain the companys financial health. This is a fast paced and demanding role with high visibility within the company. Ensure purchase order and approved contract amount match invoice. Manage and follow current pricing as well as special contract pricing. Handle customer credits and invoice corrections. Facilitate the collections process for overdue accounts. Deliver superior customer service while responding timely to billing inquiries via phone and email. Process customer credit card payments. Report work orders with discrepancies or missing required paperwork Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contact information Monitor and maintain customer portals for invoices in progress and acceptance of submitted invoices Support integration activities including account and customer set-up. Qualifications 2 or more years relevant experience. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with good problem-solving and time management skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to details Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and technology in general. Ideal Qualities 3 5 years of billing experience in the fire and life safety industry. Who are we? CertaSite is a fast-growing fire protection and life safety company.
