Responsibilities: Lead Civil Engineer focusing on Public Works projects. Preparation of preliminary engineering reports. Researching jurisdictional requirements for design and construction drawings. Developing proposal/contract and project work plans and schedules. Creating design and construction drawings using AutoCAD and research-derived information. Coordination of management efforts and participation in marketing initiatives. Generation of GIS exhibits. Conducting site visits and documenting findings. Direct collaboration with team members of varying expertise levels. Recording and distributing meeting minutes and assisting with general project correspondence. Drafting or preparing graphic materials for presentations/documents. Supervision of staff in hydrology and hydraulic duties, flood analysis, stormwater treatment, and project management. Capability to train staff and review work for quality assurance. Strong leadership and management abilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
