Writes reports, letters, and other documents for management programs, policies and activities. Analyze a large number of financial, program planning, bilateral, and program evaluation documents for standard and ad hoc reports, as needed. Performs administrative and financial analysis; and make recommendations for changes and improvements. Provides research, spreadsheet development, data collection, and analysis to the program office. Prepares various recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual and cumulative annual reports. Provides day-to-day support in diverse program activities and projects. Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and proactively responds to changes in project scope, identifies potential issues and recommends actions. Familiarity in developing project and program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones involving complex programs, systems, or issues of critical importance to the entire organization. Knowledge in assessing project progress, conducting briefings, and preparing comprehensive reports with solutions and recommendations for top-level managers and executives. Location Virginia. 2
