Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in document control Proficiency in temperature monitoring and quality control

Key Responsibilities

Document Management:

Maintain and organize paperwork related to temperature monitors Download wireless temperature monitors from shipments for documentation Manage temperature monitoring processes

Data Handling

Retrieve Electronic Data Logging Monitors (EDLMs) from incoming shipments Transfer stored data from EDLMs to an approved, secure website on a controlled server Notify the Distribution Release team of data availability for evaluation Manage and address any issues during data retrieval and transfer activities

Quality Control

Communicate any discrepancies to Operations and QA while ensuring timely resolutions Review Metadata in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) for Operations documents
