RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage job openings on various recruiting platforms and the company career page.
  • Assist in creation of job descriptions and update copy as needed.
  • Assist with resume screening and initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates.
  • Proactively research and contact potential recruits on job search websites.
  • Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates.
  • Maintain applicant records.
  • Perform reference, background checks, and other hiring requirements as needed.
  • Manage and track the onboarding process. Coordinate orientation and training of new hires.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prior related experience is a plus. Recent college grads and military are also encouraged to apply.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
